Migrating to amplihack-rs

Quick upgrade (existing users)

# 1. Install the Rust binary

sudo cp amplihack amplihack-hooks /usr/local/bin/

# 2. Re-run install to refresh all framework assets (recipes, skills, hooks)

Keeping up to date

amplihack update

This downloads the latest release binary and refreshes all framework assets (recipes, skills, hooks) automatically.
