Install

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
Find Meridian Connector for QuickBooks in the directory, or choose Add custom connector and paste the URL below.
Sign in to Pilot.com, Inc. and review what it asks to reach.

Run in a terminal, then run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in.

This connector lets Claude securely read from and write to QuickBooks Online.

Some things you can do:

• Connect multiple QuickBooks Online companies to the same agent (great for booking intercompany JEs)

• Choose read-only or read-write access separately for each company

• Create arbitrary QuickBooks transactions, including journal entries

• Bulk-create invoices or import credit card transactions

• Upload and attach receipts and supporting files to QuickBooks transactions

• Automatically fill in your firm-specific reporting template

• The craziest use case I tried was "Clone the contents of QBO A into QBO B", and… it worked
